It was not the US army corps of engineers who was responsible for the flooding in Louisiana. It was the criminal politicians. The army corps sent numerous requests and communications to the local and state government for funds to repair the floodgates. They knew it would not hold during a severe storm. But the damn local government kept refusing them money to repair the floodgates. Louisiana has a very hi poverty and crime rate. So the politicians always spend every penny on social programs like welfare. Which is how they buy there way to re-election. This is all well documented facts. It’s despicable the military is still being blamed for that. You people have to be careful believing what you hear on YouTube. Because there’s so many people like the guy on this video talking about something he either has no clue about or is outright lying.
