He was on the plane and not causing any problem – so they were rid of him. However, to flex their muscles they exasperated the situation by pulling him off the plane. How does this help anyone? Having worked in the industry, I understand that being a gate agent is the hardest job in the world – esp. with weather delays. But going out of her way to punish this guy just because she can is why people have little patience or empathy for gate agents.

He wasn't that bad to the manager from what they showed. He only raised his voice in frustration over the weather, but he certainly wasn't attacking anybody. LESSON: Frustration is not allowed in airports.
