Inaccurate about Tuskegee, the whistle-blower was a young PHS worker, Peter Buxton who looked at the reports and eventually called the press.
I was an OR nurse in one of the hospitals in Montgomery, Alabama during the late 1960s and early 1970s. The ER was connected to the OR and we had to rotate through the departments. The hospital was one that would treat these men. We also saw children in the ER with congenital syphillis. This study is truly one of the black marks on the government and everyone who took part.

A Soviet Embassy contracted with Xerox for a copier. The CIA approached Xerox and the company easily created a disguised part that was a camera. From what, I remember about the story the unit that contained the camera was something that needed periodic replacement. The Xerox technician would remove the part and install the new part. At Xerox the film was removed and handed over to the CIA.
