Had fun hanging out with you guys! I will admit, I tried looking back in the video to see if I could find that missing piece but had no luck! Nice Starfalls at Dreadful Desert and Woeful wetlands though 😉 I have no idea how to enter that into the hunt but Ill try and figure it out lol
These videos are always such an absolute delight. (I'm about halfway through so far!) Delighted to see the channel thriving, and that folks are taking the time to also grow their personal space away from the content creation. Looking forward to all the next steps described, and seeing where things go from here! Hopefully, too, getting a broader state-of-the-channel update means we'll also be in store for a backer update over on Patreon soon, too. Quack quack!

I really hate to say this and I want this to be more constructive, but I don't think you'll ever get on the level of NRB or Wil Wheaton TableTop. Only in the sense of being mainstream. AKA anyone can watch and enjoy not just board game people.
The reason I believe this is because there isn't much charisma. The videos that have been closest IMO are the 5 player gameplay of Moonrakers, the 3 player gameplay of OG Moonrakers with Hamster, Duck and Flamingo. 6 player Veiled Fate and the 2 player Final Girl videos. Also the video with the Hamster and the Duck getting more and more drunk talking about
… well everything.
I was wondering what was missing from the Quackalope videos compared to WWTT, then I watched NRB. I figured out that even though it was a heavier game I still had fun and could figure out what was going on. With Quackalope it is the opposite, not boring by any means. It's like listening to grandpa's war stories; not boring, interesting in some parts, but if there were a street performer telling the same story, except with pictures and more lively and personality, you'd listen to them instead.
I think one place to consider is "the voice" both WW and NRB have a host voice but ONLY when they're talking to camera. Quackalope has it sneek into some gameplays and it makes it seem less genuine.
Like I said this is meant to be constructive.

I want to see west be a DM and you all do a campaign. I seen him in a video last year with you about the story adventure books and his voice impersonations were amazing
