Thanks for this weather report. It doesn’t matter if it’s 30 below zero in June or non stop raining and 100 degrees, there is always someone, somewhere who is happy with this goofy weather.

Thanks for the update but since I live in the northern part of California I think after yesterday's down pour thunder and lightening I might want to look into those sand bags and keep them handy. It won't be the first time that California got swamped boogies last winter Sacramento got hit hard and the LA River barely kept within her concrete banks. I have a feeling Newson should have built them reservoirs and he will have a bigger mess than before.

Hey Pow Ponder I appreciate you telling me about the strong ridge of high pressure and now the weather is saying that Newark Ohio won't get any rain till the 9th of June and maybe a bit on Sunday but it'll evaporate because there's so much dry air and will severe weather be more active in the second half of June and into summer and could I get more heavy rains

So no rain and very dry weather for me and Newark Ohio all the way through June 11th and no relief for Newark Ohio until the middle to end of June man that sucks and I have a bad feeling what will happen weather wise if the ridge breaks down and I'm afraid that this could bring another Derecho to Newark Ohio and with this pattern i could end up getting back into a moderate drought again and the chances of another destructive derecho hitting Newark Ohio and damaging my house and other houses in my neighborhood will continue to increase
And here recently i asked and told God that if Mother Nature put Licking county and Newark Ohio back into a moderate drought she needs to leave and have God take over for me and warm temperatures low dew points and low humidity are ingredients for brush fires to develop

Here in the two Virginia's we are having a Cool Spring but we're about 10° off from where we should be and meaning below average but I think it won't be much longer things will turn around and it will get hot as hell here and stay that way all the way through all of October like it normally does during a El Nino year and then normally a mild winter follows
The air is so dry here in eastern Nebraska! We are not used to this type of weather this time of year

We really need rain in Chicago. I know some people love these endless sunny days, but this is boring and our yard is suffering! I hope this changes soon.
