I have sailed the Great Lakes in an ore boat years ago, loaded with taconite (iron ore). The huge boats loaded with tons of ore get tossed abot like corks. Nature rules, always. DRS / RVN Vet.

Largest list I've experienced was 30° starboard. That was a shitty ride back. We were taking 25-30ft swells directly on the beam.
This is nothing!. In 1982 the sub I was on went under a hurricane. we were 500' and tossed around like a cork.
