Emily you left out the important part on the Maricopa election: the Office is run by Republicans.
When black complained about long lines in GA, TX, FL and NC… conservatives said we were paranoid. Just fix the system for everyone and you won’t be so upset. Y’all targeted mail in ballot and early voting when black people do it, but now in person voting is having problems and you’re complaining again.
I had the pleasure to intern for a political party. I never believed all the rhetoric about voting rights and fraud but what I saw was that the voting infrastructure is horrible.

I did not actually know this happened. Thank you for covering this. Also, wanna note that it kinda sounds like Ryan is putting some of the blame on voters that want to vote on election day. I personally think it's dumb to wait all the way until election day, but if that's when someone wants to vote then they shouldn't be subject to a different standard… such as 20% of voting machines being offline when they didn't have issues during early voting. That makes this story ACTUALLY sound suspicious, unlike most of the claims I've heard from the last election.

I hate how people are getting called election deniers for talking about these machines. And it's cuz networks like CNN are saying to stay off Twitter cuz there's some conspiracy theories going around. Like what conspiracy theory is there about 20% of polling places having technical issues with their machines?

Dems are actively fighting ANY basic measures to ensure results in a timely manner.
The ONLY solution is to END early voting for EVERYONE and therefore all people vote on the same day. Election Day is just that, Election Day, not election week or election month or election season. Early voting has gone so far that votes are being cast before any candidate debates.
Same thing happened in Harris County, Texas.
