Petrino alone can't fix A&M. There's some culture problems goin on over there and I just think they are going to be waiting until it's a lil more cost effective to move on from him. Giving him a 10 year contract was a huge mistake. All that guaranteed money before winning anything at your program doesn't motivate anyone. They could have still gave him the 10 mil/yr to get him there but made the contract half as long in duration
