After around -15C, windspeed takes over. Hovers around 1°C drop per 2km/hr wind at this stage. A gentle breeze can make it feel like -22! A snow-windstorm can easily double it.
Regardless, just love being outdoors, no matter the temperature. Colder helps you remember that the body is well and alive! You can feel the discomfort!
For all those new to Canada from places warm, it takes a few winters to get used to it. If you're new to winter driving, please please please only use the right lanes. Overly cautious driving belongs in the granny lane, not the hammer lane
Thus, when moving slow on lefty, holding up vehicles, forming a train, being tailgated, getting the flashers, you get honked at, yelled at, cursed at, given the middle finger, don't say someone didn't warn you.
I just finished checking all my data. West Canada BC in particular are in for a winter treat. Wzrmer than usual with very lil rain. Well,,,as long as they stay off the Haarp switches. They just blew big attempt at a haarp high pressure in the west. Caused foot snow all across new mexico. Maybe they will just leave it alone now and let us have the nice weather forecast we all see coming.
