The extreme heatwave gripping Southern Europe is expected to intensify in the coming days, with temperatures in parts of Spain and Italy forecast to reach over 40 degrees.
Health alert warnings have been issued for a number of cities across Italy, and wildfire warnings are in place for several Spanish regions.

Always remember what that Nasa scientist said 10 years ago. He said by 2020 UK and Europe will get warmer and wetter than the next. Record heat, record rain. The trend he mentioned hasn't stopped. Records breaking each year. I thought I'll hold his words. Guess he's right.
