Friday morning tropical update: Tropical Storm Cindy forms in unusual start to season

Tropical Storm Cindy forms behind Bret in an unusual start to the season. Cindy looks to not be a threat to the U.S.
Tropical Storm Bret has moved into the Caribbean and should begin to weaken over the next 48 hours or so. By Sunday there probably won’t be much left of Bret as it gets torn apart by shear and dry air.

Brett will give winds from the north the East and the South in the Florida Keys. I'm looking forward to maybe some cool air coming down from the north.
