I recall becoming 'difficult' at an airport. Again, I had yet to be diagnosed with the chronic hemorrhagic bleed to a cavernoma in the pons region of my brain which made coping with the stress of ordinary life terribly difficult. Life becomes very odd, confusing and disturbing with that condition. Who knows what is motivating his behaviour, so no assumptions on my part.

This agent is on a power trip, seems to me she wanted be so bad but so bad a law enforcement officer that her demeanor was not sufficient enough to be one.this woman used to work for TSA as a manager and she was booted out for mistreating her fellow Co workers and taking the airline personnel side all the time even when she was a TSA manager.

I was a flight attendant and very early one morning – 0530- the first flight out was at 0615, we had severe fog. We, and the practically the entire East Coast were grounded for hours. One passenger was screaming that he needed to be on a flight asap. This guy wouldn't let up and everyone working had felt his wrath as he demanded for the plane to be loaded and we depart immediately. I was in the back, behind the agents, looked at my Captain and said that there was no way I wanted him on my flight. My Captain immediately went to the station manager and told him that passenger was to be refused and to find another way to his destination. When the manager asked what to tell the irate passenger, my wonderful Captain said, "Tell him his big mouth wrote a check he can't cash." It was a beautiful thing to behold.

Flying on a commercial airliner is a privilege. Poor weather conditions can be literally deadly in aviation, and the conditions are not always visually apparently from the ground (windshear, microbursts). These are weather events that have taken thousands of lives over the years, and no one is going to compromise on safety standards to please unreasonable customers. It’s for his own good.

There's certanly something we did not see in this cut but…they let him go on board!!!!
I believe that at that point, he had improved his behaviour.
Of course i did not see the whole picture just based on this video cut, but the way i see here…he was rude but not disruptive, there would be no reason for the SOD to kick him outta the flight.

I wish we had video of him allegedly "screaming and cursing" at the gate agents. He wasn't that bad to the manager from what they showed. He only raised his voice in frustration over the weather, but he certainly wasn't attacking anybody. LESSON: Frustration is not allowed in airports.

Sorry, but this gate agent was way out of line. He was on the plane and not causing any problem – so they were rid of him. However, to flex their muscles they exasperated the situation by pulling him off the plane. How does this help anyone? Having worked in the industry, I understand that being a gate agent is the hardest job in the world – esp. with weather delays. But going out of her way to punish this guy just because she can is why people have little patience or empathy for gate agents.
