Filmed April 11th 2015 in Bonney Lake, Wa. I filmed all day during a period of sporadic weather changes over the course of a few hours. When reviewing the footage I noticed this segment that I can not explain. At first I thought it could be a water spot, but the movements seem out of place for reflected light and likewise for cloud formations. Looking for weather experts to explain this footage.
