I am really excited for this game. I took off 5 days off of work starting release day to play this game. When Friday comes, for 5 days straight it’s just gonna be me and Zelda TotK.
I mean… a new Sheikah Slate probably means that Purah or someone replicated the technology, right? So it stands to reason that Link and Zelda could both have one.
If this game has dungeons?….. titties.
Maybe the giant cavern where link is running is in the place where lava use to flow when rudania was taken over by malice? And maybe the zonai are the wind people considering their technology has a lot to do with wind, like the fans and the glider from the sky scene
I just noticed that the goat looking figure that is talking to zelda has the sheath for the master sword so the goat figure is probably the a ancient hero

A thought on the tears, in skyward sword you do collect tears in the spirit realm in order to gain items/abilities (I believe from the dragons?). I don’t know if it will be the same gameplay but I do wonder if those will be in the same vein.

What if the reason Ganondorf goes to the Great Plateau is to give himself his proper form? You said it yourself the location is almost certainly right in front of the Shrine of Resurrection, and in BOTW Ganon’s primary goal was to use his powers to slowly regenerate a humanoid form from Malice and Shiekah Tech
Since his resurrection is no longer being halted by Zelda’s sealing power, he can likely regenerate even faster than before, and heads to the Shrine of Resurrection to even further speed up the process, causing a reincarnation that previously took 100 years to reform even partially to reform near instantly
Hey nbc I have a theory for you to do (( it's ok if you want to claim it)) I believe that the game totc confirms that the botw games take place during the fallen timeline. For example, one of the towns in the adventure of link was named rauru. ( If I am wrong correct me) and rauru was also mentioned as the first king of Hyrule. This is only speculation but I believe it to be true based on the evidence given

Wow, you nailed it when you said Zelda is stuck in the past and Link send her the master sword on that Zonai platform using recall so that she can restore it. Such a complex line of thought and you were 100% correct.
I am surprised at how much you got right, sure a few things weren't what actually happened but a lot of it you got spot on, this is why I don't watch videos like this til I at least play a good bit of the game myself for potential spoilers x3 which I did before watching this vid

Man, I've been going back and watching old videos while playing TotK. I am loving seeing what theories were and were not true. Loving the various "is there time travel?" Theories and how no one guessed the truth about Zelda and the Master Sword.
