To be fair, we did this during 'Operation Popeye' in Vietnam. The goal was to extend monsoon season to slow the advancement of the VietCong. In fact there's a well-known pop culture reference to it you've probably seen. In Forest Gump, when he talks about the rain in Vietnam and how it didn't stop for months until one day it finally did, it's theorized to be a nod to this operation.

Yes weather manipulation is due to keeping from being too dry per cesium nuclear testing leaks as with treatments. Conspiracy no . The world needed more moisture sometimes and sometimes not keeping a balance ⚖️ can be awkward. Consequences of being an earth with a fever in it. Being built from part sun . As cold cesium treatments melts. Come floods we couldn't get the seas to go deeper. So naturally those of us that can drink up fresh water aren't enough come flood. To drink up the most water we humans couldn't.

This makes sense due to the current weather conditions. Also with all the viruses going around.
A young man from Viet Nam that got to come to the USA, said that our government was controlling the weather. At the time I only knew that we used dry ice to make it rain. And thought, at the time, that it would take certain conditions for that to work. The CIA and others have put their hands into many things (the one that did not work was mind control … though I understand the weak minded can and has been manipulated. These are people who are twisted and have no strong morals.
