Brian Shields for example focuses on every country in the caribbean and their potential for rain, flooding and so on. You say it'll go this way or that way, not a concern for the US so have a good day. Not a good meteorologist.

Last year in June we had the same thing. Tropical storm Bonnie hit us here in Nicaragua July 1st but it started out over the ocean mid June
