I think there will be a couple of heavy wet snow events in the mid Atlantic/ northeast in the first 2 weeks of March then very mild early spring the second half!

March, I believe, has the potential for very stormy weather, including rain and snow.
I believe March will roar like a lion all month long. We'll see freak snowstorms, hail, thunderstorms and tornadoes, unseasonably hot weather, and unseasonably cold.

Here in Wash DC area only had one snowstorm January 3 that’s it hoping snowstorm comes again before winter over.
I believe that March will be active mouth of snowstorms and severe weather I remember the March super snowstorm of 93 it happened on the 13th.
I think in my area here in southeast Indiana for March is going to be so hard to predict I feel a chance to snow all the way through April.

The cold weather is going to follow the truckers from LA to DC. You don't have to know anything about weather. They didn't build 7 HAARP systems cause the 1st one didn't work. Just call HAARP. They were blasting Ottawa the last couple weeks.
March will bring below normal temperatures out west, above normal east, and severe weather in between, especially central and southern plains and lower Mississippi valley. Lots of snow in the Rockies and northern plains
I believe it will be quite active with wild temperature swings
