Then how come Areosols are being sprayed 24-48 hours before a closed low approaches California to prevent the precipitation process ? Literally every time l have watched them do this for years. More propaganda to psychologically confuse the public.
We are in a drought with days of black moisture laden clouds full of potential for rain but it never falls ! How come it's not being seeded if we are in an extreme drought ? Liars !
