Cloud seeding is cloud seeding and it's actually not a new technology. They either use substances injected into the atmosphere behind planes / jets, or they use a type of flare – both serve the same purpose in the end.. What their motivation is, likely encompasses ALL motivations – as they too are human beings. It's a guarantee such technologies will both be used for the obvious good purposes, and be weaponized. When was the last time we DIDN'T weaponize some potent technological discovery? People USED TO call cloud seeding, and other geo-engineering methods "conspiracy theories" but like most things simple-minded people slap a label on, it is now a known and admitted technology. There are much more risky things certain billionaires are trying to do in the field of geo-engineering…
Bill Gates for instance, a man obsessed with population reduction, has been working on a technology to block sunlight from reaching the ground because "global warming" despite there not even being a 1 degree rise in the global average in the last 20 years. Add to this, that the guy is literally buying up all the US farmland he can get his hands on, – basically positioning himself to be at the center of artificial famine.
