Why Does God Allow Natural Disasters? Why Extreme Weather? The Bible Shows the MAIN Reason…

We’ve already paid for this book for you! We NEVER ask for money… EVER. Click the link to get it now!: “Acts of God: Why Natural Disasters?” http://bit.ly/30pYGK2

“Don’t mess with Mother Nature,” and, “It’s not nice to fool Mother Nature.” These were lines from a series of catchy 1970s margarine ads. When Mother Nature is fooled, bad things happen, including bad weather.

We accept that hail storms, hurricanes, tornadoes and blizzards are all part of the natural order. Hurricanes and Typhoons destroy villages, cities, and whole coastlines. Tornadoes destroy in a few minutes, that which took decades to build. Hailstorms damage cars and homes, and destroy crops. Droughts bring starvation and death to millions. Many of us still remember the heatwave that stunned the world in 2003. According to the daily newsletter, New Scientist.

At least 35,000 people died as a result of the record heatwave that scorched Europe in August 2003 . . . The EPI calculated the huge death toll from the eight western European countries with data available. “Since reports are not yet available for all European countries, the total heat death toll for the continent is likely to be substantially larger” . . . France suffered the worst losses, with 14,802 people dying from causes attributable to the blistering heat. https://www.newscientist.com/article/dn4259-european-heatwave-caused-35000-deaths/

But is all weather capricious? Must humanity live in a world where weather disasters lurk around the corner? On today’s program, I’m asking and answering the question, “Why Extreme Weather?” And I’m offering a brand new booklet on the subject, titled, “Acts of God: Why Natural Disasters?” Be sure to have writing material available to take down the contact information to receive your FREE copy. Stay tuned as I’ll be right back to answer the question, “Why Extreme Weather?”

Violence in the form of thunderstorms, tornadoes, and hurricanes (also known as typhoons or cyclones) are a constant danger in some parts of our world. Hailstorms inflict damage to homes, automobiles, and crops. Droughts result in crop losses, destructive fires, starvation and loss of life. Blizzards take lives and make life miserable for any caught out in them. Scientists can tell us where and how extreme weather occurs, but do they know WHY?

A surprising number of people believe that some, if not most so called natural disasters, are the result of chemicals sprayed in the upper atmosphere. Their evidence is contrails that they refer to as chem-trails. The rumor of a government conspiracy began spreading in 1996 and continues even though it has been shown in old photographs that contrails existed decades before the so-called conspiracy began, but to no avail. It’s harder to knock down a conspiracy theory than to turn lead into gold. Some people are convinced by nearly anything they read on the Internet, no matter the facts.

There is no doubt that attempts to alter climate have, and still do occur. “Cloud seeding” schemes have been around since the mid-1940’s and are practiced by a number of countries. One famous claim for success came in 2009 when Hebei Province in China attempted to end a severe drought.

Engineers blasted more than 400 cigarette-size sticks of silver iodide into the sky shortly before the storm, and a senior engineer told Reuters that it was “a procedure that made the snow a lot heavier” (Scientific American, Feb. 19, 2009).

Thank You for the telecast!
I believe God allows natural disasters to get our attention because with our stubborn human nature sometimes we can learn no other way! I'm aware we'll encounter from time to time some who just don't like the message of this telecast, but Ezekiel 3 and 33 instructs the true Church of God to give the Israelite descendant peoples and the world warning from God! The truth has never been popular, and sadly some will be rebellious to their bitter end, and simply will never surrender to God and obey God even after learning the truth!

This video claims on the one hand that most weather events are due to random chance. But that on the other hand everyone once in a while when a society becomes totally corrupt they get hit by some disaster to remind them of God.

This implies that there's some kind of sliding scale of wickedness that triggers natural disasters based on who's keeping the law and who isn't. This would imply that the Bahamas for instance are significantly more wicked than say Las Vegas for example. The question would be then what level of wickedness do you have to reach before God destroys you?

This kind of attitude leads to nothing but a feeling of self righteousness. We would do well to remember that we've all fallen short of Gods glory and none of us are keeping the law perfectly, and that the only reason we haven't all been destroyed yet is that God is merciful to everyone not only the righteous at least for now. The wheat and the tares are to grow together until the harvest (judgement).

The Bible backs that up as well as the fact that people who get hit by disasters aren't particularly wicked compared to other men.

Mathew 5:43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.

5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

5:46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?

Luke 13:1 There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.

13:2 And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things?

13:3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

13:4 Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem?

13:5 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

And for the record I'm not some kind of lawless heathen. I believe in keeping as much of the law as possible because its the right thing to do but not to be saved, as Jesus is the only one who can save me. Cheers

‘But if you do not obey Me, and do not observe all these commandments,
and if you despise My statutes, or if your soul abhors My judgments, so that you do not perform all My commandments, but break My covenant,
I also will do this to you: I will even appoint terror over you, wasting disease and fever which shall consume the eyes and cause sorrow of heart. And you shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.
I will set My face against you, and you shall be defeated by your enemies. Those who hate you shall reign over you, and you shall flee when no one pursues you.
‘And after all this, if you do not obey Me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.
I will break the pride of your power; I will make your heavens like iron and your earth like bronze.
And your strength shall be spent in vain; for your land shall not yield its produce, nor shall the trees of the land yield their fruit.
‘Then, if you walk contrary to Me, and are not willing to obey Me, I will bring on you seven times more plagues, according to your sins.
I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, destroy your livestock, and make you few in number; and your highways shall be desolate.
‘And if by these things you are not reformed by Me, but walk contrary to Me,
then I also will walk contrary to you, and I will punish you yet seven times for your sins.
And I will bring a sword against you that will execute the vengeance of the covenant; when you are gathered together within your cities I will send pestilence among you; and you shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.
When I have cut off your supply of bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall bring back your bread by weight, and you shall eat and not be satisfied.
‘And after all this, if you do not obey Me, but walk contrary to Me,
then I also will walk contrary to you in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.

LEVITICUS 26:14-28 NKJV

God isn't responsible for the consequences of one's sins We collectively as the human race through our collective rebellion bring on the consequences!

I don't agree with the premise that "wormwood" star is an asteroid falling on fresh bodies of water.

It says men died because of the water, being made "bitter".

How would an asteroid do this?

I thought this "falling star" could be Satan…?

There is a lot of symbolism to separate from reality.

Stop referring to weather events as 'acts of god'. My insurance company refused to pay out after a storm brought a tree down on my car.

Sorry , but man made weather manipulation does indeed exist and has been used in war and other situations. Yes ,God does control weather , but man has the ability to do it as well. It is not a conspiracy theory. I dislike that word as Bush coined it to make people think things we know are true that we are crazy , that game doesn't work.

DARPA, and HAARP are both U.S. military programs that alter weather, and that's not a "conspiracy theory," (which the CIA coined to discredit their exposed, covert operations, and information).
